Refund Policy

At Vish Wellness, we strive to provide a smooth and convenient experience for preventive health checkups and diagnostic test bookings. This Refund & Rescheduling Policy explains the conditions under which appointments may be rescheduled or refunded.

1. Test Appointment Scheduling

Diagnostic test bookings are scheduled based on the availability of our laboratory partner and home sample collection slots. Once a booking is confirmed, the sample collection team will visit the registered address at the scheduled time.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your test appointment, you may do so under the following condition:

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least one day prior to the scheduled test date before 9:00 PM.

Requests received after this time may not be eligible for rescheduling.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• If the test cannot be performed due to operational reasons from our side
• If cancellation is requested before the sample collection process begins

Once the sample has been collected, the test process begins and refunds cannot be issued.

4. Failed Sample Collection

If sample collection cannot be completed due to:

• Incorrect address provided
• Patient unavailability at the scheduled time
• Non-cooperation during sample collection

The appointment may need to be rescheduled.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.

6. Changes to Policy

Vish Wellness reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The updated version will always be available on this page.
